Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Ann Kaye Studio Wholesale Program. By applying for and ordering through our wholesale portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Approved wholesale partners receive a 56% discount off our standard retail prices. Because our wholesale portal uses customized B2B catalogs, your wholesale prices are fixed and automatically reflected while you browse.
2. A core feature of our wholesale program is the ability to secure inventory via preorders. If an item variant is out of stock but marked as backorder-eligible, you will be able to place a per-unit deposit to secure as many items as you'd like. Your wholesale catalog price will automatically adjust to reflect this deposit amount, and the remaining balance of the item's wholesale price will be due once the item is back in stock. Backordered items will ship once the remaining balance is paid in full.
3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If additional shipping costs are incurred or their are multiple shipments related to one order, these costs will be added to existing invoices or billed separately. We typically ship orders within two business days for in-stock items. Ann Kaye Studio is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
4. Due to the nature of wholesale orders, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective merchandise or errors on our part. Claims for defective items must be made within 10 days of receipt by contacting info@annkayestudio.com.
Ann Kaye Studio reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate your wholesale account at any time if our terms are violated.
