Meet Ann Kaye

An avid oil painter, Ann had the idea of "stitching together" her love of needlepoint and painting landscapes into one endeavor, founding Ann Kaye Studio in 2017. Using the highest quality materials, the artist turned entrepreneur created a unique needlepoint oasis for people of all skill sets.

Ann derives inspiration from everything around her and continues to introduce new, distinctive designs into the collection. Her carefully curated canvases can now be found in over 75 local needlepoint shops nationally.

Ann's Experience

Prior to founding her own line of canvases, Ann worked in the needlepoint industry for almost a decade designing for a local shop. She taught herself how to design canvases for her own stitching projects because she was disappointed by the lack of products on the market that spoke to her, and she saw an opportunity to infuse some flare. She drew upon her childhood memories of growing up in Annapolis, Maryland, as well as her hobbies and love of sports to create an array of unique canvases. In every detail-oriented design, you can see her signature wit, charm, and love of vibrant colors.
