What a year it has been!

On our website, we reorganized how shops search for designs, making it easier to discover what fits your shelves and your customers, and we gave those designs more room to shine with the "Where to Buy" map. Watching shops connect with stitchers through that tool has been one of the most rewarding changes of the year!

Our Instagram community has expanded in a big way, with more shops and more stitchers joining the conversation, sharing finishes, ideas, and enthusiasm. Looking ahead to 2026, I am deep in the work of developing new designs (see below for one I'm particularly excited about!) and refining what comes next. I wouldn't be able to do any of this without you - my fantastic shop owners and friends! I am so grateful that I get to do this for a living. It is really the best gift I could ask for.

A Day in the Life

For the last month, my studio days have been filled with work related to the fall tradeshow orders—so it feels extra great to sit down and just design again.

This striped bass has been living in my head for a while, and you’re getting a little peek at how it starts: sketches, color testing, and lots of tiny tweaks before it ever becomes a canvas. Creating new pieces for the April tradeshow in the middle of the day-to-day chaos is a little wild, but it’s also my favorite kind of busy.
